​OFFICE POLICIES

We would like to thank you for choosing Esteclub boutique studio for your wellness and aesthetic needs. As one of our clients, we would like to keep you informed of the current office and financial policies.


BOOKING:

To make an appointment, please contact us directly by calling 415-939-8508 or book through our website/Instagram. A $50 deposit is required for all clients when booking any service. This deposit will be applied toward your service at the time of your visit. All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file to secure their appointment. EsteClub upholds this policy in order to maintain the highest quality of service and ensure availability for all clients.
CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We require a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling any appointment.  Missed appointments represent a cost to us, to you and to other clients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. There is a charge of 50% of service cost for missed or late cancelled appointments. Deposits made are non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations made past the 24-hour window prior to your scheduled appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

LATE POLICY:

​Our scheduling is designed to allot the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and do any paperwork that may be required. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

Depending on the treatment, if you are late over 15 minutes, our providers reserve the right to cancel your appointment if they are unable to accommodate you due to cutting into other patient appointments, and your credit card will be charged accordingly. We value and respect our clients’ & practitioners’ time and appreciate your understanding regarding our booking policy.


APPOINTMENT REMINDER POLICY:


As a courtesy to our clients, we will send you a text message and/or email reminder 36 hours, 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose not to provide us with your cell phone number or email, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy. Scheduling an appointment with us is your acceptance of these policies.


RESULTS:


We pride ourselves on customizing treatments tailored to each client and avoid the cookie-cutter approach. All treatments and procedures are carried out to the highest possible standard at EsteClub, however, sometimes outcomes do not meet clients’ expectations. There is no guarantee of the outcome, and it is at the client’s own risk that these treatments are undertaken as stated in the written waiver as well as any other verbal/oral discussion between the provider and the client.

Though good results are expected, the possibility and nature of physiology cannot be accurately anticipated and there can be no guarantee as expressed or implied either to the success or other results of treatment. Be advised that results and duration of treatment are dependent on many factors including but not limited to age, sex, tissue condition, general health and lifestyle conditions, and sun exposure. Because of this, clinical results will vary per client, and you will not be guaranteed a set time that any treatment outcome will last. Before and After photos are taken to help show you treatment progress.

Photos are not a measure of actual results, however they are intended to be a reference when tracking progress. Before a service is performed, please consider all the required protocols and side effects. Be sure to follow all pre and post-care instructions carefully, understanding that this is essential for the success of your outcome. We are committed to client satisfaction and are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding the services we offer before purchase.



FINANCIAL POLICY:

ALL PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE; however, some services may require a deposit in advance. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date. 

Aesthetic procedures are considered “elective” and payment is your responsibility.



SERVICE RETURN POLICY:

All treatments and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable and expire one year from the purchase date. Any unused services in your package will not be refunded.


RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT:

Esteclub Aesthetic Source, LLC has the right to refuse treatment and/or dismiss a client from any service at any time. This can be a result of but not limited to excessive scheduling issues, disruptive behavior, mistreatment of our staff, and false expectations from treatments provided. In some instances, you may not be a candidate for certain medical services, and it is at the full discretion of the provider to determine whether you are a candidate for any service provided. *By scheduling an appointment at Esteclub you are accepting the policies of our office as stated above.
